CW+ offers the Staff Wellbeing and Amenities Grant (SWAG), awarding applications up to £500 to support staff wellbeing and morale.
Requests for winter celebration events will come from the department's special fund. Please contact your department manager or grants team to find out if CW+ holds a special fund for your department.
Aims
The initiative aims to support staff welfare and will consider requests such as:
Furniture and other equipment for staff areas (eg kitchen equipment)
Catering for work-based events (not leaving parties or other events focused on individuals) such as team-building activities that promote teamwork and communication.
We will always explore using the department's special fund to cover the costs of requests.
If applying for a team event, all members of the department need to be invited to the activity. If this is not possible, please get in touch with the Grants Team to discuss options.
The charity won’t consider requests for individuals, research equipment or consumables, vouchers, hardship, nor items or activities covered by other CW+ programmes.
Am I eligible?
The fund is open for applications from any staff member in any job role within the Foundation Trust.
